EmbPay vs ThriveCart: what each one charges, and what each one gates.
ThriveCart bundles its selling features and charges 0% on its licence, so the fee argument is a draw. The differences are elsewhere: branching upsell funnels, licence keys for software, and expiring secure file delivery — and the fact that EmbPay is free to start rather than a licence to buy.
Same sale, different route.
ThriveCart charges 0% on its licence and settles to your own processor, as EmbPay does. Where the two part is the feature list: ThriveCart offers a single upsell step rather than a branching funnel, delivers files as an external link, and does not issue licence keys. EmbPay's free plan includes bumps, funnels, affiliates and payment recovery; licence keys are on Pro.

The part of the comparison we would rather you read here.
If any of these matter to you, ThriveCart may be the better fit today. We would rather lose the comparison than win it with an omission.
No white-label
Your checkout carries your branding, but EmbPay's name is on the receipt and the customer portal. If you need the platform invisible, we're not it yet.
No custom domain
Checkout pages live on embpay.com, not on checkout.yourbrand.com.
No team accounts
One login per account. There are no seats, roles or permissions to hand a contractor a limited key.
API keys are Scale-only
Building your own integration on top of EmbPay costs $79/month. Webhooks out are on every plan.
Five currencies in the dashboard
USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD in the product form. The API takes any Stripe-supported code, but the dashboard list is short and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise.
Support is email, and it's the same email on every plan
There is no priority queue and no dedicated manager, because there is no second queue to be prioritised over. Paying more does not move you up it.

No card required. Build products and rehearse the whole funnel in test mode before connecting anything.
