Share the link or embed the checkout

Selling canva templates: the questions we get.
How do I stop the template link being shared?
You cannot fully, on any platform, because Canva's share link is itself copyable. What you can control is the delivery: set a short download window so the link PDF stops being downloadable soon after purchase, and rotate the share link in Canva if you see abuse.
Should I deliver a PDF or a hosted URL?
A PDF is best for bundles, since one document can hold many links and instructions. The hosted-URL option suits a single template, where you send the buyer to a page you control that holds the link. Both are released only after a successful payment.
Can I offer a commercial licence at a higher price?
Yes. Add a second pricing option to the same product, for example personal use and commercial use, and the buyer picks one at checkout. The order records which licence was bought.
Do buyers need Canva Pro?
That depends on the elements you used in the design, not on EmbPay. Say on the product page whether the template uses Pro elements so buyers are not surprised after paying.
What does the platform charge per template?
